Mussels Monday has been held in Frites for ages but I have never tried it before. Today when my friend asked for a quick dinner randomly and wanted a beer, I had no other restaurant in mind but Frites.Eventually, I tried all 6 mussels in one-go and found that its house sauce (cream sauce) is the best. Fries are good too. A pine of Leffe is just $65 and some bottles crafted beer r $60ish. It’s just the first day of the week, so we just had a chit chat dinner with 2 beer each.In conclusion, Frites is always the good place when you want some beer with food in good quality control. continue reading

本身諗住等埋餐廳確認完之後先至寫食評,但係一路店家都未確認,我而家寫埋先叫咗rib eye,結果上咗striploin,我地發現時已經食左,佢地就淨係講左聲sorry,咩補償都冇加上店內空氣唔流通,座位都狹窄,搞到爸爸係咁咳,要出外面抖氣。而有位外籍男店員(肥啲嘅)嘅態度同嘴臉都較冷漠,其實都幾影響進食體驗。Mussels 同snitzel就幾好食Sweet potato frites 都OK其他食物不過不失茄子就唔推介啦不過因為個服務同環境,都唔大機會會再去啦 continue reading

今日我喺鰂魚涌試咗一間意大利餐廳,真係好滿意!我叫咗個set lunch,嘗試咗佢哋幾道招牌菜。一入到餐廳,就感受到一種輕鬆嘅氛圍,裝潢簡約而有質感,員工都好友善,服務態度非常好。首先上嚟嘅前菜係燒雞扒沙律。沙律嘅材料新鮮,雞扒燒得剛好,外脆內嫩,搭配住清爽嘅沙律醬,食落去特別開胃。沙律裡面仲有啲青蘋果同生菜,味道好清新,真係令人食得津津有味。跟住就係主菜,芝士蕃茄醬雞胸配薯條。呢個菜式真係好正!雞胸肉厚實,肉質鮮嫩,淋上濃郁嘅芝士蕃茄醬,味道濃郁又唔油膩。薯條炸得金黃色,外脆內軟,搭配雞肉一齊食,簡直係完美組合。每一口都有芝士嘅香氣,實在太好味!最後,我仲叫咗一個甜品,香橙班戟。班戟皮薄薄嘅,上面香滑嘅奶油,外面淋上香橙醬,酸酸甜甜,口感非常好。每一口都帶嚟清新嘅感覺,完美為呢餐畫上句號。總括來講,呢間意大利餐廳嘅set lunch真係性價比高,無論係前菜、主菜定甜品都令人好滿意。餐廳環境舒適,服務態度又好,絕對值得再來!如果你喺鰂魚涌附近,真係唔好錯過呢間好食嘅意大利餐廳! continue reading

已忘記了以往類似的西餐廳是否這種形態,餐厅的食物有點份量少的感覺。如果是美式餐廳的話,菜品的份量是2-3人的,單是沙律就一大盤。現時呢!那沙律的份量是為女士減肥而設的,吃下去,就是小菜一碟。現在的沙律菜就那麼貴嗎?加85元的雞簡直是瘦得可憐,都後悔從非洲救他出來。所謂的rib應該是一塊一塊有骨有肉的,但現在做出來的卻太像是燘肉,肉味煮得唔得香濃,可惜不是點菜時想要的!週末,餐廳內沒有多少客人,連附近的外國人家庭都沒有來。生意真沒法做?還是做得不好呢? continue reading
