Wai Wai Wai (Tsuen Wan Plaza)Normally I do not write that often Restaurant reviews, butin this case, I will make an exception. Last Tuesday we visited Wai Wai Wai in Tsuen wan Plaza, we wereseated at a nice spot at the end of the restaurant. Normally I do not write that often Restaurant reviews, but
in this case, I will make an exception.
Last Tuesday we visited Wai Wai Wai in Tsuen wan Plaza, we were
seated at a nice spot at the end of the restaurant. When we were seated, I find
out the table was not cleaned properly, and my arm got a bit dirty because of
some I think soy sauce.
I asked the waitress to help clean the table, and she also gave
me directly some wet tissue. She apologized and I was helped.
Not long after, another young man came to our table and asked,
or I wanted to drink something because of the incident that happened. I asked or he had Coke zero but unfortunately, they did not sell this. And I told him it was ok.
After we ordered our food, the young man came back with an
888ml Cola zero (probably bought at the store next door), and I was really amazed
about their service. I think many people can learn from this. Mistakes happen
all the time, but all about how they act and try to resolve them.
The food was great, and the service was perfect.
We will definitely come back.
