The pork chop is super tender and juicy that you cannot resist. But to be fair, you can find this quality of pork chop in quite a number of restaurants especially in fine dining places. Their crown👑 is indeed earned by the incredible sauce. The flavours are very signature with dynamic sourness and sweetness from the fresh tomato sauce🍅 The use parmesan cheese unlike many restaurant to give up the 拉絲 effect which is just smarter in terms of taste. The fried rice base is 💯 with wok-hei and super grainy even with the sauce coating. This is also the most expensive💸 one I ever had but it is just worth it!

The Baked Cheese Abalone Tart is superb! A mixture of egg tart and the abalone tart linked by the cheese🧀.The tart is puffy with chewy abalone dice inside. The tart is so delicious that I could eat 3 tarts in a row without feeling enough😍
龍 蝦 湯 小 籠 包 Lobster Bisque XLB
This XLB 🦞exceeds my imagination to dumplings. Crab meat XLB is way too basic in front of this stunning piece🤷🏼♂️ The steaming bisque inside burst out upon touch with bombing flavour to give an umami kick to the dish. A perfect East Meets West example and I can see the point of finding a foreign Chef as advisor🧐

The Signature NOVE Har Gow is a classical one with fresh and bouncy prawns🍤 What I like more is the pairing Chiu Chow chilli sauce. The chilli flakes🌶 is full of fragrance without choking your throat.
鹵 水 鵝 拼 盤 Chiu Chow Lo Sui Goose
It is a hidden gem here. Tried the meat, intestine, bean curd and egg last time and all are perfect! I love the mild chewiness of the meat and the crunchiness of the intestine. Dip them in the Chiu Chow Spicy Sauce is totally irresistible🤤
楊 枝 甘 露 Mango Pamelo Sago
A typical Hong Kong style 🇭🇰 dessert that I rarely enjoy as I don’t like sweet soup. I love the generous amount of pomelo for its citrus to make it less sweet and to ease the fullness as dim sum could be quite stuffing🤰🏼
Also, their interior design is so on point representing its East Meets West style and it showcases the unique Hong Kong culture in some subtle way. No wonder why Prada would come here for shooting📸
