Friday night dinner at West Villa on the 5th level of Lee Gardens.  Why have I not discovered this place before?  The barbecue pork, which was a house specialty, was really succulent -- soft and juicy unlike in other roast meat places where the char siew can be too tough and chewy.  This was just melt-in-your-mouth good.  I want to come back for brunch and try their dimsum next time I'm in Hong Kong!  The service was also professional,  efficient and helpful, despite the full house and despite t
