I came here for a birthday lunch and love this place. We had the ribeye diana and i would definitely recommend this. The steak was so perfectly cooked and paired with the wonderfully seasoned sauce. It is a must try- and this isnt easily found in HK. The Cacciatore sauce is really so well balanced and compliments the steak very nicely. Carbone’s desserts are also very very good. We had the carrot cake and lemon cheesecake. Both had a very large portion with different sides like cream and icecream, making the dessert very perfect. Their cakes are on the sweet side, which is perfect after having the earlier savoury and spicy main courses!
