It is perfect. Hot and juicy. That’s all I need for xiaolungbao

Noodles in spicy soup
Well seasoned with lots of ingredients. Spicy and not that spicy and like the chewiness of the noodles

Got the Chinese jello as dessert. Quite authentic I thought
