I was visiting from Honolulu, and we are no strangers to great Japanese cuisine. It was my second time visiting Takigumo and it was always a great experience.  The food was super fresh and they had a great variety of seafood and fish on the menu.  The chef told us they had their fish flown in 3-4 times a week directly from Japan.  I loved their omakase as I didn’t have to think about what to order.  My mother didn't eat too much "raw" fish and the chef was able to accommodate and torched certain
