Me and my friend was wondering whether we shuold go to the Italian resturant instead of Megu. But I told him that why not try some jap food~? then we went in to Megu instead. We were astounded by the mood and the design there. We were astounded by the mood and the design there. Also, there wasn't that much clients in there, so it was a pretty quiet dinner we had. When we were looking at the menu, there were lot of things that we want to try. However, it will just cause us to be very full. Therefore, we tried...
1)Caeser Salad with Yuzu dressing
2)an import Abalone sashimi
3)Salmon avocado wagyu roll with salmon roe sauce
4)Grilled cubed australian wagyu with rikyu style skewer
5)Grilled japanese mushrooms
6)Grilled gempei miso marinated lamb chops
No need to say anything before the food comes, the waitress brought a piece of raw wasabi, and began to grind it into a paste before we eat the abalone sashimi. I believe this already reflect the style of this resturant.
I won't spend time talking about plain courses that we ordered. However, the one that I believe it's worth mentioning is the Grilled cubed australian wagyu with rikyu style skewer and the Salmon avocado wagyu roll with salmon roe sauce. The wagyu grill is obviously a must-eat. There is no reason on earth visitors to Megu should not eat. Also, the salmon roll is also fantastic. The collaboration between the roll and the salmon roe sauce is another brillant combination.
Nothing I can say much, you must go to experience it yourself. I believe in the future, I will also try out NYC's Megu for a comparison~
