This is one of the best Italian spots in SoHo! Their dishes are inventive and everything was prepared so well from the plating to the ingredients. One of my favorite dishes I tried was the fried beef tripe, which was seasoned perfectly with salt and pepper. The inside was very soft while the outside was crunchy.
