Best pistachio waffle I’ve ever had in HK. The waffle was incredibly well cooked, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pistachio spread from Italy is very flavourable, just from the very first bite you can smell AND taste the crunchy pistachio nuts. It’s definitely a texture you will savour yourself in.
Had a chat with the manager of the shop and it’s evident he is a man who works hard and gives his 100% on his craft. Upon starting the business, he says he had thrown away 3 garbage bags full of failed attempts of bubble waffles until he got the taste and texture exactly right. That is the definition of dedication.
Hopefully more people would appreciate his work and come visit often as business such as these are hard to come by, especially during these difficult times.
