Best pizza in HK

Whenever you think of pizza and crust you think of italian restaurants with sourdough bread, but this is an exception. Of course its very personal, but I think Emmer has one of the best pizzas ive eaten so far in HK.  While 'Emmer' means bucket in my language, its actually some sort of special grain that they use in their dough (apparently) and its really different from all the others. Our favorites are the mushroom pizza and now also the new spinach with egg pizza. And yes on the mushroom pizza

Of course its very personal, but I think Emmer has one of the best pizzas ive eaten so far in HK.  While 'Emmer' means bucket in my language, its actually some sort of special grain that they use in their dough (apparently) and its really different from all the others. Our favorites are the mushroom pizza and now also the new spinach with egg pizza. And yes on the mushroom pizza they actually put non-canned mushrooms and are not shy with the amount, as it should be.

They have some good vegetarian options on the menu, also as starters, which is important for us. Their happy hour is from 5 to 8 and the prosecco and red wine that you can drink for happy hour price are actually from a good quality.

So even though you might think that restaurant is just a sandwich shop for bankers, its really a very good place for food.

Only shortfall I would say is that for the bathroom you have to go to Pacific place.
