今日係屋企人生日,所以我地一齊去左以間我認知中全港數一數二既扒房食Dinner, 坐底無幾耐,已經送上Morton 馳名既洋蔥包,一如既往都係暖暖既,外脆內軟,加上香噴噴既洋蔥味,為美好既晚餐展開序幕我地前菜叫左 Lobster Cocktail, $235食得出Lobster新鮮彈牙,唔洗配sources 個蝦味已經好唔錯,不過份量略少前菜仲叫左 Baked Morton’s Prime Ocean Platters, for 2, $560有齊最美味既焗煙肉帶子,珍寶蟹餅,焗蠔,同焗大蝦。當中最欣賞蟹餅,輕輕切開,仲可以見到一梳梳既蟹肉,而且味道鮮甜,必食之選!之後主菜我地分別叫左Centre Cut Prime Ribeye, $ 728 同 Bone in Ribeye, $ 748Ribeye 用燒既方式煮係最最好食既,經過高溫一燒,牛肉同油脂既香氣噴發出黎,好夾好好味,而且Morton好識得控制肉入面既熟度,絕對符合客人既要求,做到外帶微焦,內𥚃軟嫩,非常好食最後又點少得甜品呢,食左咁多肉,我地決定叫個清新d ge Key Lime Pie, $ 130以個正,青檸既微酸幫
