To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Highly recommended Canadian restaurant for all day breakfast and waffles 🇨🇦 Located in two of the most popular areas in Hong Kong, very accessible for everyone who’s craving for some comfort food 😋 I went to the Central branch and it was easy to go from the MTR, just head towards the Central Mid Levels escalator and turn round at Lyndhurst Street. Always coming back for their skillets as it’s my favourite dish 🥰 I’ve always had the one before, but this time I decided to try their Cajun Chicken skillet 🍗 It tasted pretty good! The chicken was really tender and I loved their mixture of cheddar cheese, home fries and poached egg 🍳

Waffles is a must-eat here 😇 Crispy and crunchy, warm to serve, topped with vanilla or chocolate ice cream 🍦 Their strawberry rhubarb sauce at the side was quite special, perfect match for the waffle and icecream 💯
