Best waiters/staff/service in all of HK!

We had a group of 10, so we knew the wait was going to be long. However, the staff was simply awesome and kept us well lit with drinks until the table was ready. The drinks list is awesome by the way.I will admit that I am not a fan of yakitori, but I found yardbird's dishes to be inventive and creative. With a large group, we asked the waitress to bring us the best stuff and she kept us updated on the bill. She told us to hit stop whenever we were good.Some items I loved, some I didn't care for

I will admit that I am not a fan of yakitori, but I found yardbird's dishes to be inventive and creative. With a large group, we asked the waitress to bring us the best stuff and she kept us updated on the bill. She told us to hit stop whenever we were good.

Some items I loved, some I didn't care for, but overall I liked it. I think with a smaller group, we would have been able to explore the food better.

This place has a cool, hip, SF vibe, which is desperately missing in HK. As I said before, the staff is amazing and they take really good care of their guests. Whoever trained up this team needs to open up a business teaching all other restaurants in HK how to properly run a service business.
