My favorite go to Taiwanese - western cafe, offering great selections & coffees ! High recommend their pasta, delicious as always- picked grilled chicken pasta in pesto sauce this time & tried their sunny egg w/ minced patty burger. I do think they have the best coffee in town haha I love this cup of cappuccino with cinnamon powder on top! Of course lotus biscuit was delicious too.
