This is my new favorite wonton noodles in Hong Kong!  I loved the big wontons and how fresh it tasted.  Each wonton was very generous with whole shrimp and not just chopped up pieces. I also loved the taste of the broth and the noodles, no alkaline or yeasty after taste at all.  Service was also very fast and efficient and the place was clean and well maintained.  I like that they have a big open kitchen where you can watch your wontons being made.
