Discovered Zentro after dining at AHA a few weeks ago.It was formerly located at the IFC for a long 19 years before they relocated here.They have long lunches which start from 12pm to 8pm which is great if you are hungry during the off peak hours.As well as lunches, the menu had a good variety ranging from Japanese fare to Indian food.Obviously the Japanese and grilled skewers would be a good pick but I had too much of that lately and I love Indian food so chose the Chicken tikka and the bavette

They have long lunches which start from 12pm to 8pm which is great if you are hungry during the off peak hours.
As well as lunches, the menu had a good variety ranging from Japanese fare to Indian food.
Obviously the Japanese and grilled skewers would be a good pick but I had too much of that lately and I love Indian food so chose the Chicken tikka and the bavette steak.
The reason why I chose the bavette steak was that is was Tandoori style ie marinated with Tandoori spices which you won't find elsewhere.
At the far end is where they grill the stuff.
Steak:
I loved the steak, but not so much the cut because the Tandoori flavours made it really tasty.
The spices were evenly rubbed on the meat and it was grilled to perfection.
The fries that came with it very crispy with a cajun touch to it.
Curry:
The chicken tikka came with Basmati rice, poppadoms so it was the complete curry experience.
It was quite a fiery curry which was complemented by the yoghurt to cool it down.
Overall the food was impressive and there was so much to choose from which makes it worthy for another visit.
