i have been to all the restaurants in rosewood and each of them is remarkable in their own unique way. bluhouse for me is a casual dining italian restaurant. it offers quality traditional italian dishes at a reasonable price, a selection of cocktail which is sufficient for all casual dinners, as well as a wide selection of dessert. the front entrance of the restaurant allows a short walk along the habour before and after dinner and the atmosphere was generally good whenever I visit this place. their "pizza" was remarkable because it is unlike the traditional pizza which is large with thick dough. the pizza here is more like a small bite with 6 pieces. the cold cut platter with cheese selection was also good for people who have a difficult time in choosing dishes. spring chicken and the carbonara were also dishes that I enjoyed because despite being traditional and simple, it is often time the dishes that determines between a good or bad chef. overall a good value dinner considering the atmosphere was at a high level!
