早前老公生日煩惱緊食乜好,咁就係open rice search "lobster bisque"(因為佢好鍾意飲) 係一堆推介裡面揀左The Bostonian Restaurant. 其實一直對Langham嘅餐廳都幾有好感,加上做緊個4-course dinner 半價,咁就會佢一會啦! Starter : 我地揀左一人半打Coromandel。 雖然係紐西蘭蠔,但依然鮮甜肥美! 跟一個Boston Lobster Bisque 是常識吧,不過我個人都係最鍾意Amigo 果個,比較creamy d , 加左cognac 令到個湯又甘同香濃~Main Dish : 我的Beef Tenderloin Rossini (medium rare),仲配埋Foie Gras, 老公的Garlic & Rosemary Free Range Soring Chicken, 雖然係烤雞,但依然juicy!仲有無限添嘅Truffle Salt French Fries…好香但食得多就有d咸當然就唔少得有甜品環節啦blueberry cheese cake The Secret Pot, cho
