To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This was my birthday yesterday and my boyfriend brought me to The Lounge & Bar at Ritz-Carlton which is located at 102/F of ICC. When I stepped in the restaurant, I was instantly attracted by the interior design especially the harbour view sofa seats. My boyfriend told me we were on waiting list no.3 for the window seat, but then the waiter brought us to the largest L-shape window sofa seat! My boyfriend told me we were on waiting list no.3 for the window seat, but then the waiter brought us to the largest L-shape window sofa seat!

We ordered US Angus 'Reserve' T-bone steak 520g (for two) with 5 sauces and 7 unlimited side dishes ($960) and two glasses of wine (one red wine $165 and one rosé $120). Fresh bread were served before the main dish. The food was VERY good, the waiter explained the 5 kinds of sauces to us patiently and let us tried all sauces. For side dishes, we like the mushroom, tomato, grilled veggie and fries the most. Personally we think caecar salad is a bit ordinary and mac&cheese has cooled down a bit when we ate it, so it affected the taste. We encored the mushroom because it is really juicy and thick!😛

After the meal, the waiter cleared the desk and allowed us to have sufficient quiet time to enjoy the quality time with the amazing view without giving us any pressure to leave. Since we were facing the window, the waiter Andy slowly got me the birthday cake from the back and said happy birthday to me
He offered to help us take pictures with my phone and instant cam.

The customer service is excellent. All staff has very positive attitude. Particularly, I would like to express my compliment to the waiter Andy. During the meal, I carelessly stained my top and was swiping with wet tissue, Andy offered to get me some soda water with a towel. He also helped us take pictures patiently and said happy birthday to me when we left.

Highly recommend this place for birthday/ anniversary celebration! Excellent service and dining experience! Amazing harbor view and remember to request for window seat😌!
