To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事生日, 適逢開會日, 唯有近近土係公司樓下簡單食餐飯慶祝今日Lunch時間唔洗等位, 就可以直接入座。我地各自嗌set lunch, 主角揀左Ribeye Steak, 我地嗌左Smoky Chicken Steak。比較少食牛既我無試到Steak, 但主角話ok😁煙熏雞味道對於我黎講有小小淡, 但口感ok的唔韌。總結:Lunch選擇比較小, 味道較淡, 食物無咩驚喜, 有啲失望, 唯一覺得個湯好creamy 好好味😋南瓜甘筍湯。
