Ordered the vietnamese sausage with dry lemon noodles, quite a big dish, but tasteless.In other places, everything is mixed well together, and all you have to do is add extra fish sauce or some other sauce if needed.The sausage was just 4 slices, no effort by the kitchen was made to shred it, so that it mixes well, same with the cucumber, tomato etc.So it was like eating the ingredients separately, or needing to make an effort to bite a bit, then put some noodles in your mouth.The sauce for the

The sauce for the noodle wasnt pleasing either, just sweet liquid with a faint taste of chilli, nor could the fish sauce be tasted.
