To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事話黑色星期五要沖喜下 要去遠d食lunch同埋要求食米線 我心諗又係食譚仔 點知今次估佢唔到竟然帶我食新野 哈哈 原來雲桂香咋 去到門口企滿人 終於等左10 mins先有位我同事推介小窩米線 唔辣+餸 我揀左豬軟骨同豬大腸 另叫蒜泥白肉 豬軟骨唔夠淋 d軟骨還是很硬 豬腸就切幼條但仍然有嚼口 米線較彈牙 都尚算合格 反而佢個蒜泥白肉就有d驚喜 白肉卷住青瓜 食落青瓜中和左超辣感 爽呀 同事揀左要中辣腩肉小窩 見到過湯紅仆仆咁同事話ok啦 我試一口即刻唔敢出聲真係好辣架

 豬軟骨唔夠淋 d軟骨還是很硬 豬腸就切幼條但仍然有嚼口 米線較彈牙 都尚算合格
