To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱同frd一齊解決午餐，冇話要求特別高。坐底冇耐就有人chur住你落單，落就落仲要落漏左樣額外加嘅酸菜。落完單個員工先諗起冇幫我地抹檯，我都做過餐飲，呢個鐘數我地體諒。原本嗌左樣鱈魚豆腐（配菜），上果陣淨係俾左碗面，食完都唔覺有豆腐嘅存在，連丁點鱈魚味都冇，所以啲豆腐呢？佢地話係分開上（從來都冇人通知過/同米線一齊上），我地都係買單先知，然後又話記得見到有出過。但係我同frd都記得佢淨係黎錯左碗米粉，而我地米粉齊。啲員工未了解清楚件事已經大聲夾惡咁鬧，一個二個唔係諗住解決問題，而係一味咁推卸責任話自己冇經手，可笑嘅係成間鋪頭嘅員工得幾個。平心靜氣講道理冇用，最後唯有硬食從來冇出現過嘅15蚊。野食質素方面，雲吞皮厚到唔熟，餡又粗糙，米粉一X嘢咁，夾都夾唔起，湯普普通通，食完好頸渴。總結：食物差，服務仲差，唔會再幫襯。

佢地話係分開上（從來都冇人通知過/同米線一齊上），我地都係買單先知，然後又話記得見到有出過。但係我同frd都記得佢淨係黎錯左碗米粉，而我地米粉齊。
