To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 8-10-2022 (Sat)朝,同老公去睇洗衣機前食早餐,諗唔到食邊間喇,老公又話銀龍,有河粉食,咁是但啦.我哋嚟到都full,不過啱啱門口卡位嘅大叔食完差唔多老人,所以有張卡位坐,而呢個位好彩喺冷氣機下面,夠涼快.睇完menu,老公原本想要$41.00嘅潮式四寶河,但見到有同價嘅潮州魚皮餃淮山麵,感覺健康啲,所以要呢個,飲熱奶茶.我要$42.00嘅全日早餐B1,飲熱檸水.兩杯嘢飲分別到嚟,我只輕輕咁篤啲檸檬,都已經澀,加糖都唔掂.熱奶茶我就冇試亦冇問.之後嘢食都到嚟,我嘅B1全日早餐有豬柳漢堡,煙肉,炒蛋同法國牛角包.其實都怕怕地豬柳漢堡喇,但又想食牛角包同唔想食吉列魚柳,所以揀呢個.但呢女嘅豬柳漢堡又唔係好油膩喎,出奇.炒蛋嫩滑,味道清淡;煙肉唔太鹹,亦唔係炸到超乾身嗰隻,我鍾意;法國牛角包就好細件,外脆內鬆軟,牛油香亦唔算好濃.老公嘅潮州魚皮餃淮山麵呢?麵身冇油較乾,正常吖;潮州魚皮餃亦屬正常貨色;啖湯就係潮式唔太濃嘅味道.味道係2.86分價錢:我睇睇張單,點解每個餐貴$2.00?唔通嘢飲要另加錢?睇吓menu,原來寫咗星期六,日同公眾假期加$2.00.真係有趣喎,原來呢啲日子
