To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一如往年,媽媽嘅永久居所會送月餅,今年同上年一樣,係鍾菜館(上次食評係2021年9月16日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/blue-%E4%B9%BE%E7%A1%AC%E5%8C%96-e4162947),包裝大致相同,只係普洱茶轉咗用鍚紙袋,我哋到6-9-2022 (Tue)晚至攞嚟食,因為想同生隆作即時比較,切開睇,蛋黃同樣係乾,又係見到都冇晒心機,我食咗一啖生隆嘅,然後食一啖呢個,蓮蓉嘅分別係最大,呢個好油同味道有啲唔同,唔識形容,味道係差啲嘅,唔係蓮蓉香.味道: 1.5分
