To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Book位要等book黎做咩？

事情係甘樣…. 原先book好時間，係咪應該比預先book枱嘅人入座先？如果Walk in同book時間都係要等，點解仲要比人預約book枱？有個短頭髮既女士態度真係好惡劣，做服務行業唔係甘樣架。 先前都有嚟過食過幾次，同樣係覺得呢位女士態度不是太好，太串，有一次walk in去佢話問我哋做咩唔book枱，我話因為我哋住附近突然間想食就嚟，好啦今次我哋book枱啦，結果冇分別，佢仲要同我哋講冇理由有生意唔做架嘛，甘你不如索性全部都walk in入嚟咪得囉，要同客人據理力爭，我認為真的沒有這個必要，所以我同我男朋友短期內都唔會再黎食，野食幾好服務態度差已經大打折扣。
