No idea where to go for dinner on Boxing Day my friend suggested Louis Steak House since we had a nice steak from there back in April... so called and made a reservation.I really like the semi- formal serivce at Louis Steak House though can't compare to 5 stars hotel but really above HongKong's average, they will make suggestion but not intrusive, and willing to give you time to make decision, the Captain(should be the Boss) even came over to greet each table.It's fun to see they preapre the Ce

It's fun to see they preapre the Ceaser Salad in front of you, the Romaine Letture was crispy,
Steam Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce - an interesting combination
Italian veggietable soup..... the weakest part of the whole dinner tasted very Campbell
The steaks we had were superb, juicy and tender
Dessert Baked Alaska - again being preapred in front of you the i.e. Fruit Meringue in flame
