位於灣仔的一間老牌扒房, 可能再理不能光顧了。今次專誠過來品嘗括牛扒既滋味。牛扒煮理得恰到好處,雖然不是非常厚身的牛扒,但都比我感覺很好。肉身方便牛扒煮得剛熟,有香濃既扒味,入口嫩滑而且有口感 大。切開一看,肉汁慢慢流出來,簡值是非常美味。 continue reading

尋日睇完報紙介紹知道又有一間幾十年歷史扒房結業,所以同老公下晝走去一嘗聞名已久的靚靚牛扒。去到只係等左十分鐘,就已經有位。我地兩個一人一個西冷牛扒,跟餐那碗羅宋湯,簡直係食過咁多間扒房之中,拍得住五星級水準。不但有濃郁的牛尾味,還有少量黑椒碎,令到整碗湯有熱辣辣的感覺。主打西冷牛扒終於黎到,聞起上來有一陣炭燒的味道,由於選了黑椒汁,特別叫服務員另外上,一來可以原汁原味品嚐牛扒鮮香的味道,二來可以因應黑椒的辣道。由於我選了7成熟的關係,可保留住牛的新鮮肉汁。食完之後,店員為我地送上一塊芝士蛋糕,他說是為了多謝今個月前來品嚐的食客。總括而言,一間有特色有水準的扒房又要結業,希望日後可一代又可以保留樂意扒房文化再次重新營業。 continue reading

樂意結業可能是正確的決定。。。一行5人在樂意點了5份扒餐,失望之旅開始。麵包又凍又硬。忌廉湯是將餸頭餸尾掉進白湯裏翻滾,全沒味道可言。主菜的扒餐,牛扒又薄又細,味道還不如普通茶餐廳,全沒肉味,不知怎麼可能收幾百元的價錢。。。失望至極。結業。。。似乎真的是正確的。。。 continue reading

聞名已久的樂意扒房,因租金上漲,將於3月18日結業,兩口子就來試它一試。先點個周打湯試試,濃香夠味,不錯。花膠扒是這裡的出名菜式,所以亦點了個細份量作為頭盤。味道不錯,如果來一客大份量的會更加有口感。內子選了的肉眼扒,較為肥美;筆者選的西冷扒較多坑紋,較為韌口,不過味道亦算不錯。幸好早一步點了這個甜品火焰雪山,聽聞隔離枱點的時候要多等30分鐘!「雪山」頂有雜果配襯,外面的cream較甜,不過酒味多了點,應該是為了上菜那一下點火,哈哈...內裡是雲呢拿雪糕,外面滑、內裡凍,雙重口感,不錯!希望樂意扒房可以擇地重開,期待再次光臨。 continue reading
