One day I walk down to High Street, the sign on the handle "Restaurant and Bakery" caught my eye, I am a real big lover with bread! So I decided to give it a try! The place looks modern but homie, the lights are warm and soft, chair is comfy, and I love the decorations! There's a blackboard hang on the wall, written that "Our handcrafted Artisan Bakery, from the Raw Ingredients To Your Table", look's like this is a commitment by the restaurant itself, I just can't wait to try out the bread!

In the menu there are a range of choices of sandwiches (in set lunch they all come with soup of the day, housebaked bread slice and drinks). The "French Hot Dog" looks interesting and I'll go for this one.

Here's come the soup of the day and house-bake bread slice.
Soup of the day is a corn soup, that looks really simple, nothing but yellow! But I'm really surprised by how the soup taste like! I can feel the natural sweetness by the corn itself, and I'm happy that no cream is added at all! Honestly I have never ever had a corn soup with such intense flavor, now I understand why this is called a "pure corn soup", what an honest description!

Ohhhh I almost forget the bread! can't wait to dig my bread into olive oil. Ohhh myyy goodness this Focaccia is so soft, smells really good and the fragrance of rosemary is just wonderful . That taste so different than the Focaccia I used to have, (mostly dry out, taste bland) I wish I could have some more, but okay I understand I need to save some space in my stomach.



French Hot Dog has arrived, this looks a bit tricky as I thought the hot dog would look like the American one. The chef said that the french hot dog is traditional style made with Baguette, French smoked sausage and Dijon mustard.

This is probably the only Hot Dog I love the bun more than the sausuage! This baguette is unlike the "Super hard garlic butter baguette" (you know what I mean, just like a baseball bat) The French hot dog baguette is crispy on the outside, soft in inside, sausage is juicy and the saltiness of sausage combines the heat from Dijon mustard go well with Baguette. So simple but taste really good and feel satisfy.

Last but not least, a decent coffee made my day. (This is capsule, tho)

Really appreciate and definitely will come back and try out other bread!
