Being a dessert fan, I am always looking for some divine venues in Hong Kong that will tantalize my taste buds - and I have found such a treasure in brown.I wanted to have a look at the newly renovated place to see what everyone has been talking about. The apple crumble with vanilla ice cream was wonderful! It was pure ambrosia. I savored every mouthful!
We also tried the Dessert of the Day which was Banoffi pie. It was made with fresh bananas and had toffee whipped cream in a digestive biscuit crust. What a delightful creation that is completely irresistible! My mouth is watering again just thinking about it!
The new Management of brown have created a divine menu. I congratulate brown on their mouth-watering success.
For all the Dessert Aficionados out there - this is a MUST Try place!
