Food: Cold seafood were done well (although no long crab legs that night). The tempura was made to order, tempura batter was very light and they seemed to use a kind of high temp oil to form a good protective layer of batter over the prawns. The prime roast, Sashimi, Hainese chicken, noodles were all normal. Hot food platters were a joy to behold. The chefs stand in the middle occupying a kitchen space and top up the hot food with small helpings whenever it looks low. (made a BIG difference to the quality of food served at the hot platter.
Dessert although small in quality, they were of good quality. Shout out to the home made sorbet. Great pallet cleanser.
Overall, highly enjoyable buffet. Would definitely rank in top 3 I've visited.
