今次係灣仔睇完展覽,一邊行一邊搵下有咩好嘢食。行到聖佛蘭士街,遠遠地見到斜路上面有一間酒吧feel嘅餐廳,氣氛好似幾chill, 就一於入去試下。餐廳主打漢堡為主,櫃檯上面擺滿各式各樣嘅紅白酒同埋手工啤酒。Double A5 “Miyazaki” Wagyu burger $158兩層嘅A5和牛漢堡真係好邪惡,咬開唔會overcooked,食落啖啖肉汁。個包好鬆軟,即時焗先會有咁嘅效果。芝士做到熱熔效果,加埋酸瓜同埋蕃茄,好滿足。Soft Shell Crab Burger $128大大隻軟殼蟹,食開仲見到啲橙黃色嘅蟹膏。同埋咬落好香脆,又唔會油膩。醬汁方面就用咗常用嘅千島醬,幾清新。薯條炸得好香脆,同埋加咗我好鍾意嘅Cajun辣味,少少辣好惹味。Cold Cut $128飲開酒,點可以少得芝士同埋火腿。主要有parma ham, salami, cheese and nachos。餸酒一齊食好正。Draft beer $35自家製嘅手工啤,好鍾意面層嘅氣泡,飲落特別順滑,唔係度度有得飲一定要試下。Prosecco $35意大利起泡酒,有少少花香同埋果香味,加上有bubble, 好適合
