From an online ig shop to consigning at different cafes, and finally having thier own physical store – I have had hemma’s velvety burnt cheese cake for countless times and it never disappoint! Love the new combo which combines 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 and my favourite seasalt milk foam plus a lotus crust to give an extra crunchiness ( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ ) The 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 is great in portion and good for sharing ( ´▽｀)

⚠️ Tips to avoid long queue – thanks to its popularity, there are always line, even for weekdays! Try arriving 10-15 mins before their opening, then you can likely get in at the first round and enjoy the cakes!

從在ig 網店到在不同的cafe寄賣，現在 hemma終於有自己的實體店了!!! 已經吃過好幾次他們家不同口味的巴斯克蛋糕, 每一款都是超流心+ 濃濃的芝士奶香, 很合我的口味( ⸝⸝•ᴗ•⸝⸝ )新推出的𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲更是結合了茶香馥郁的伯爵茶cheese cake和我最愛的海鹽奶蓋, 再加上lotus做的餅底, 口感及味道都更豐富!! Cafe也有咸食提供 – 定價不太便宜但𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭的炒蛋多得像小山丘, 是適合兩個人分享的份量!

⚠️ 排隊小攻略 – Hemma實在太有人氣所以基本上任何時間都要排隊(´･з･`) 建議大家開店前10-15分鐘前到達, 一般都可以在第一輪進入cafe用餐, 就能節省很多排隊的時候啦!!
