To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ritz-Carlton Cafe 103 crossover Shanghai Tang, $428 for one / $698 for two🤑本人食過為數都唔少的afternoon tea, 今次都頗失望... 唔係唔好食, 但係無特別😧Savories係出色過sweets, scone都唔錯, 但係每人得一件.... 我食過最孤寒的tea 😑standard clotted cream + 係梅味jam, 最終係試完個jam, 就無再掂, scone 亦唔係特別出色啲甜點, 全部都落勁重色素.. 睇到都唔想試👻4個savouries相比之下都好出色, 尤其係個foie gras mousse + caviar! 😋📜Overall: 黎得R-C食tea 都係貪佢個view靚, 所以book位嗰時一定要講!!! 同埋都唔好信啲KOL,,,我今次係一個大伏... 呢個價錢黎講, 好食過佢的大把有得揀👋🏻
