To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今日同朋友係呢頭上堂,諗左好耐究竟食咩lunch好呢,因為想同朋友靜靜地食下野,傾下計,所以想係間細細地既餐廳仔食野。放lunch時間,周圍都好多人爭位食飯,難得行行下見到呢間cafe21,環境唔錯,價錢唔貴,對學生黎講係個唔錯既選擇。menu上面都係啲沙律、意粉,我地就叫左一個餐三文魚白汁意粉、南瓜湯同咖啡,三文魚唔錯,唔會太咸太淡,係意粉偏軟身,南瓜湯真材實料,啖啖南瓜蓉,咖啡亦都好滑好好飲,會翻兜!
