杏花新城地下都有不少連鎖餐廳,望到呢間有旋轉木馬,全間都係夢幻粉藍,反而更吸引我去食!下午茶餐焗芝士肉醬意粉 ($48),焗得幾靚,芝士都幾多,一撩起意粉仲可以拉絲~!茶餐黎講份量都算唔錯,意粉有彈牙感覺唔會太腍,肉味比番茄味濃。石燒美國頂級穀飼牛肩胛肉眼扒 ($78) 加套餐 ($30,沙律、湯、甜品、飲品)店員細心解釋點樣燒會比較易切開,所以我地都跟住做,煎好兩邊先切。熱石非常保溫,燒既過程容易控制。牛肉質地柔軟,肉眼肉間既油脂能令口感更添順滑,啖啖肉冇咩筋。 點埋燒汁或蒜汁更惹味!有得配飯/意粉/薯角,我地選左薯角,香脆可口。我地再升級左個甜品 (+$25) 做士多啤梨泡芙雪山,好多士多啤梨醬呀~泡芙香脆外皮內加軟軟既cream,再點埋凍冰冰既士多啤梨雪糕,好味呀!~西柚梳打係茶餐既是日特飲,另一杯就叫左凍檸茶~呢度既扒都有質素,見佢宜家午餐外賣限定都係$45, 有西冷扒!下次都想試下!
