To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間可能真係近寫字樓, 所以我訂咗幾次都無位, 今次係訂定下星期去試下先, 餐廳感覺好Camping, 尤其後面嘅牆身, 由好多木條組成, 如果地方再大D, 餐枱唔近BAR位可能仲感受到身置於郊外.Menu 上嘅由$128 – $268 不等, 我今次就唔揀食和牛, 因為好想食到好香煎牛扒嘅口感. 最後就加埋明太子三文魚意粉.美國頂級牛肉肉眼扮上枱後, E咁薄嘅, 好多時厚嘅牛扒叫7成都會好熟, 所以我通常會叫5成, 不過因為同事未必食得咁生, 我就叫番7成, 見咁薄估計都會Overcooked 但一切開唔係喎佢係粉紅色, 而且好多肉汁係入面, 我真係估唔到咁薄都可以控制得咁好, 食落仲好焦香, 係令人食得好開心嘅一餐. 我又想食牛明太子三文魚意粉, 平時對煙三文魚不喜歡的我, 皆因我食幾次D三文魚都好鹹, 但呢個係恰到好處而且有魚味, 而意粉佢就用咗D忌廉去煮, 配上意粉又唔會太多嘅汁令到人會漏, 最後配上露營嘅鐡柸好特別如果佢個價錢包埋細細嘅甜品就無得頂
