My noodles was too al dente for me,Whilst Hong Kong people generally prefer their noodles a bit under cook or al dente, I prefer mine soft .The sour vegetables used in this soup makes it more appetising and it's kinda warms and opens up your tummy for more food to comeThe staff were pretty rude. It feels like she wasn't bothered to help the customers and was shooing is away. Maybe it is the so call Hong Kong style?~
