Came here for dinner with 4 other ppl. Seemed very full- although we booked for 8pm we had to wait 10 minutes before we were shown to our table. Came here for dinner with 4 other ppl. Seemed very full- although we booked for 8pm we had to wait 10 minutes before we were shown to our table.
Decor was nice, but it was a bit too dark and floor was quite slippery. Plating was interesting, but too dark to appreciate. So didn’t take many photos. Condiments were buffet style, had to put the mask on every time we go get. Disappointingly they did not offer any deep fried garlic or sesame sauce.
No soft drinks were on offer- I guess they were trying to make everyone order their bubble tea. Luckily we brought our own wine. Corkage was $100 per bottle.
Food on offer was not any more special than the hotpots at Kowloon City. Servings of meat were on the small side. I loved the chicken 花膠 soup, but my friends said the spicy soup base was not spicy enough. Our server came by every now and then to add more soup and 鴨血。Full marks for service.
