Cancelled the booking before even trying

I made a reservation a day before via openrice hoping to try their afternoon tea. Unfortunately, when I called the next day just to double check, they said their tea was unavailable that day due to an upcoming party from 3pm onwards (Then why was it still available for booking?) My booking was 2:30pm yet your staff told me that brunch is still available but you gota leave by 3?Sadly, had to cancel my booking and hopefully I get to try their tea next time. (ps please inform the customers IN ADVAN
