I can never resist the chicken oyster!!! Have been to yardbird for many times but it's getting more and more popular. Nowadays you can only get chicken oyster if you get seated in the first round. Here are my orders:Corn tempura - There aren't much flavour but just the original taste of the corn. They usually give you one tempura per person but girls may prefer to have one for two people each to avoid given it's friend foodOyster - It's not seafood but a part of chicken. Oyster - It's not seafood but a part of chicken. According to the waiter it's the muscle right at the joint in between the thigh and hip. The texture is very nice and they just come a lemon or you can choose to add the chilli flakes that yardbird seasoned themselves.
Wings - The wings are cooked well without much oily parts.
Pork belly - The skewer came with some spring onion and a yauzi sauce. The sauce is nice but it was slightly over cooked.
KFC - Fried cauliflower with spicy sauce~the sauce is tasty but very hot for me.
Shishu duck fried rice - This was on the special menu and it was superb. I usually don't eat shishu but this combination is very good and I just wish they will put it onto the main menu.
