Felt like having something more exciting for my taste buds so I picked hot and sour potato noodles with beef brisket, beef tendons, choy sum and radish. The potato noodles were soft and smooth. My favorite topping was the extra tender and gelatinous beef tendons.
My mom was super lucky to receive a bowl of free noodles! Her choice was mixian with pig red, tofu puff, fish ball and konjac roll in beef broth. The pig red was a standout which was moist and velvety and had soaked up the flavors of the savory soup.
Guests also receive a complimentary drink for any order of cart noodles during afternoon tea hours. Milk tea was exceptionally intense as I requested no ice and no sugar.
