Cashier Is hostile ,stay away

Order food from xxx takeaway and went to the restaurant for pick up. The cashier said they never joined any platform in a very rude way. She acknowledges it is not the first time such incident happened. That also shows they didn’t solved it!! She is super rude and feeling I don’t deserve the food I actually paid. All nearby restaurants are full. But this one only has one table. This explains all.
