To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I was quite surprised that for the cheapy economy class passengers, we had a choice from the Cathay x HYATT In-flight Meals but then after reading the review below by HK Epicurus it is available so you can go there to see the full range.http://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/cathay-pacific-x-hyatt-in-flight-meal-til-mid-2017-e2600815The chicken was quite nice because green peppercorns make any dish delicious but the pictures are a bit blurry due to turbulance.
