To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知道呢個餐廳係咪新開?呢見到評語比較少而且又有少少貴,其實我都帶着一個懷疑嘅態度。但係無辦法因為真係好近我要去嘅地方所以就貪方便揀咗呢度啦。來到呢度真係大驚喜!環境好靚,服務態度超好,因為我哋有一個BB要換片嘅時候,佢哋唔想我去到商場嘅育嬰室咁遠,特登開間房俾我。然後我見到隔離枱佢哋嗰啲花生冇掂過,跟住個侍應好主動走埋嚟話如果你唔食嘅話,我可以幫你收咗佢,咁樣就唔使浪費。當然我知道係唔計錢啦。其實喺香港能夠搵到一啲服務係 go extra miles 已經唔容易。講返食物方面同樣係好好我食咗一個黑松露燻蛋,黑松露鹽嘅味道恰到好處每一口都食到香香嘅煙熏味。個醉乳鴿真係排到好靚囉而且如果要整醉乳鴿,本身嗰隻鴿要好靚先得㗎。我哋仲食咗一個好特別嘅龍鬚桂魚,將個魚起肉變成一條條,好考功夫非常特別味道好好。尼間餐廳對我來講有少少貴但係我覺得真係好值得。佢哋係星期一同三嘅夜晚仲會有歌唱表演下一次我一定要去!
