To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🖤 小曼谷泰國美食站 (銅鑼灣)🤍銅鑼灣謝斐道535號Tower 535地庫B02舖 今日去咗銅鑼灣接朋友收工，朋友帶咗我去一間幾出名嘅黃店食泰國菜🇹🇭餐廳周圍都有不同嘅擺設裝飾，充滿萬聖節嘅氣氛🎃我地兩個人叫咗三碟菜🥬肉碎生菜包 $92肉碎炒得好香，生菜都幾新鮮幾爽，包埋一齊食酸酸地辣辣地，越食越開胃，而且肉碎份量都好多👍🏼🍛芒果蟹肉炒飯 $98 菠蘿炒飯就食得多，今次試吓有芒果嘅炒飯，炒飯賣相唔錯，芒果一啲都唔酸，蟹肉分量適中，食落唔油，減緊肥嘅朋友仔都洗怕！🍢沙嗲串燒類 $24～28叫咗雞、牛、豬、雞軟骨串燒，仲有店長推介的雞全翼串燒，串燒係即叫即燒，離遠已經聞到好香，肉質都好嫩滑，一咬落去已經feel到啲肉汁係個口徘徊，因為本身唔太油，我地食咗咁多串都唔覺得膩閒日夜晚黎講都算幾多人，我哋6:30到，6:45已經坐滿人，有興趣嘅朋友要早啲啦！
