To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完銅鑼灣,諗起之前有個YouTuber介紹一間印尼菜,諗住同男朋友去試吓我哋叫咗燒雞飯,花膠雞湯米粉,同埋燒鱔,三樣餸都好好食,超乎水準。講下個燒雞飯,雞皮啲香料好香,雖然雞肉唔係好滑,但係好大份幾抵食。另外一個花膠雞湯好足料,而且食完唔會口渴,最後個鱔都好高水準,燒得好滑,整體來講水平非常高,而且係銅鑼灣呢個地段,價錢唔算貴。非常之推介!
