Huso is a new restaurant in Pottinger Hotel for casual dining and specialising in caviar and champagne. The restaurant serves quality French-Mediterranean dishes in an elegant setting while guests can pair them with champagne from a curated collection of bottles. Dior Egg is the signature dish which is served in soft-boiled white egg encased in champagne jelly. The lunch menu has choices for 2 or 3 courses with tea/ coffee.
