近排又喺尖沙咀呢頭返工,聽同事講附近有間食CBD嘅餐廳環境唔錯,就趁今日早收工一齊去會一會佢。去前之上網查過,CBD即係大麻二酚(Cannabidiol)屬於大麻經提煉後嘅副產品。係一種無成癮性的植物天然成分,對於改善睡眠質素同埋減低身體炎症都非常有效。見佢講到咁吸引就試一試個效果係點。呢度採用QR CODE形式落單,點餐時可以揀唔要CBD,但一場黎到梗係點到食下啦。帶子蟹肉牛油果他他配薑油黑醋汁:作為前菜份量都幾多,牛油果唔會打到全爛仲有粒粒果肉口感。入面伴咗帶子粒同蟹肉碎令到味道更豐富,些許嘅薑油味僻腥之餘又提香。三文魚子為整個醬帶出咸香味,配上法包片食口感同味道都十分討好。芒果莎莎吉列虎蝦墨西哥薄餅:虎蝦炸得啱啱好食落彈牙,莎莎醬酸甜可以低油炸嘅感覺,但芒果味唔出。而墨西哥餅較軟身,可以一次過將虎蝦,沙律菜同醬汁包住再送入口,食落夠滿足。日式芥末忌廉香煎廣島蠔闊條麵:初初入口唔會覺好重芥末味但後勁會一下子沖返上黎。廣島蠔煎得表面香口內裡仲飽滿新鮮。而闊條麵煮得較為軟身可以容易嘅掛汁,雖然芥末忌廉汁較為杰身,但味道清爽食落唔覺油膩。幾好食。手打流心菲達芝士撻:最後嘅甜品等到食完先上
